This is an Art Print

Hurricane is not a beer you stopped drinking politely. It’s a beer you aged out of immediately and then spent the next decade pretending you never touched. You drank it before 21, maybe right up to that line, and then your body and brain held a brief meeting and decided that was enough.

Back then, Hurricane wasn’t about enjoyment. It was about velocity. High alcohol, low cost, zero subtlety. It sat on tables covered with towels, next to an ashtray and a glass pipe that had absolutely seen worse days than you. You drank it fast because slowing down felt dangerous. Smoke hung in the room. Someone always underestimated it. Someone always paid for that optimism.

You didn’t quit Hurricane ceremonially. You fled it. One day you realized life didn’t have to feel like that. One day the pipe disappeared, the ashtray disappeared, and Hurricane stayed behind with the part of your life that ran entirely on bad math and worse instincts.

Now it exists as a cautionary artifact. A reminder of how little you once demanded from yourself and how far you’ve come since then. You don’t miss it. You respect it the way you respect fire. From a distance.

Hurricane Beer.
Not nostalgic.
Not defended.
Remembered strictly as a lesson.
